This is part of a regular series of workshops during the year. The teaching and exercises are designed to be appropriate for all development levels i.e. expectations for the work you are asked to do will be set at a level which is suitable for your experience. PLEASE NOTE THAT COMPLETE BEGINNERS NEED TO HAVE FIRST ATTENDED THE WORKSHOP "TAKING THE MYSTERY OUT OF MEDIUMSHIP"

Our chakras or energy centres are responsible for the distribution of energy within our energy field and body and also for the interaction between the two.  Their purpose is to filter what comes from our outer world into our inner world and to maintain a feeling of balance and harmony.  This workshop will give you a knowledge and awareness of your chakra system thus empowering you to manage it for yourself.
